SEAA LTD - The Commercial Arm of Somerset Energy Assessors Association

Taking our cue from clients who wanted a central point of contact in order to be sure of getting an EPC done quickly and efficiently and LOCALLY, we have established SEAA LTD. This company is a joint venture between all the Domestic Energy Assessors who work within it, and no-one else.

It is now possible to make one phone call, send one email, or click an order button and be guaranteed that your EPC requirements will be met. We sort out the logistics of which assessor is available or best-suited to each job, relieving you of the worry or need to ring around several people. You will also be able to relax in the knowledge that our inspectors are not only local people, but they are also all well aware of the professional requirements of their job. We are very much aware that we represent you at the client's home, and we take this responsibility seriously.

There will be only one invoice to settle per month, however many EPCs are conducted, involving however many assessors.

We have already established this system to satisfy major local clients, and there is no reason why any estate agent, conveyancer or solicitor, or indeed private homeowner, cannot make use of it now.

Contact us to enquire about this service, and we will gladly meet with you to explain how we will set you up with a simple log-in and password, to enable you to order your EPCs. Please respond to office@somersetenergy.org and if required one or two of our assessors who are local to you will pay a visit to introduce themselves and ensure the system is set up and running.

Please note that SEAA LTD can also be specified as your preferred supplier of EPC is you use national HIP providers such as Richards Gray or MDA, who we already work with to great effect.

Our Assessors are perfectly prepared to cover for each other and travel in order to offer a full service throughout the county. Places such as Bristol, Bradford-on-Avon, Trowbridge, Warminster and Sherborne are also well within our capacity as well.

It may also interest you to know that in response to requests from certain clients, we have investigated the market, and decided that we are able to offer the full HIP package. Our product is equal to or better than any other, and is available at a very competitive price. Not only that, but you will be safe in the knowledge that you are keeping the work local. You will have local contacts and the inspectors visiting your vendors' properties will also be local. We feel that this has to be the best way to go in this emerging market.
